STEP 1: COME IN FOR AN INITIAL FREE CONSULTATION
At CrossFit Norwich we see every new member as unique. It is paramount to us that we get to know you before you are let loose in our group sessions. In this FREE consultation you will meet with one of our experienced coaches. We will discuss your goals and give you advice on how we can help you achieve them. This will be your opportunity to ask us any questions you may have regarding our training. And of course you will get to work out too. That’s the reason why you are here after all isn’t it?

STEP 2: SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP
We have some of the most experienced and knowledgeable coaches around so you will feel safe in the knowledge that you are in good hands when you enter our group training sessions. This trial membership is an opportunity to dip your toe in the CrossFit Norwich water. Every class you attend is coached and you will be using exercises that are pitched at your current fitness level. All of our current members are super friendly and ready to welcome you with open arms.
STEP 3: FULLY FLEDGED MEMBER/ PERSONAL TRAINING
Like I said in step one every member is unique and may require different levels of coaching. After the initial trial membership is complete you and your coach may feel you need a little extra attention and recommend a series of one to one personal training sessions whereby we can hone in our your individual needs. Alternatively if you are loving the group sessions, you are confident with the array of exercises we use you can sign up as a fully fledged CrossFit Norwich member. Of course there are also options to combine personal and group training at CrossFit Norwich
