Barbell Club

CrossFit Norwich has the best Weightlifting team in East Anglia (we won the league to prove it). Headed by British Olympic Weightlifting Level 2 Coach Scott Robinson. The Barbell club is an opportunity for CrossFitters to spend more time improving technique and efficiency with the Barbell. This is perfect for those who would like to improve their strength base while still training in the supportive surrounding of a group setting.

The Barbell Club caters for all levels and is perfect for those who have recently completed the fundamentals, through a combination of technical drills and expert coaching your technique will improve rapidly.

Not forgetting most session finish of with some assistance exercise to help work those “show” muscles. We have to look good in front of the mirror after all don’t we?
