CrossFit Norwich is an official CrossFit affiliate. Our fantastic team is headed up by the only certified CrossFit trainer (Lvl 3) in the area, Paul Emmons. Crossfit is a strength and conditioning programme with the aim of preparing you for all of life’s physical challenges. The aim of the programme is to develop each of the ten components of fitness, which CrossFit defines as: cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, speed, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy and stamina. Our CrossFit programme blends elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and traditional cardio exercises (like running and skipping) into a constantly varied programme for all-round fitness.
