Anyone who is new to training with us will get the opportunity to start with a FREE fitness consultation with one of our experienced coaches. The aim of this session is two fold. First it is a great opportunity for you to get a real insight to the awesome training that we have to offer. Secondly it is an opportunity for us to get to know you, assessing your current fitness levels, find out what your goals are, all so that we can serve you best when you decide to become a fully fledged member
